Your TPN Delivery

Your order has now been collected by TPN (The Pallet Network) and is now in their capable hands for its onward journey to you delivery address.

You can no longer change or amend your order or delivery date without incurring charges.

Order Tracking

You will receive a text message from our tracking system on your delivery date to confirm your order is still on track for delivery.

You will then receive a text message when your order is scanned on to a delivery vehicle (Out for Delivery).

TPN may also have sent an email to you with tracking information  (check your junk folder)

Can I Get an Estimated Delivery Time (ETA)?

We can not provide ETA's until an order is scanned on to a delivery vehicle (Out for Delivery) - so no ETA's are availble until you have received the Out For Delivery Text Alert.

How Do TPN Deliver?

As you will have seen in our Checkout, Delivery Terms and Order Confirmation email, your delivery will be made on an 18 tonne curtain sided lorry. 

Your pallet(s) will be offloaded from the vehicle outside your property using a tail lift and pallet trolly (not a crane delivery).

This means they can not deliver over fences, walls etc.

The driver will require a smooth level surface to off load your pallet(s) onto.  He will not be able to deliver onto a gravel drive or any loaction which has a slope or incline.

Delivery is only guarenteed to your kerbside, however where possible the driver may offer to move your pallet up onto your drive (assuming it is not gravel, grass or any other uneven surface).
